Rachel is a passionate and experienced trial attorney that promises to give clients reliable and educated legal representation. While competent and able to assist in a wide variety of legal matters, Rachel specializes in employee rights law; working to hold companies that discriminate and retaliate against their employees accountable. Her passion for helping folks that have had their civil and human rights violated is what gets her out of bed every morning.

After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City school of law, Rachel worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony Rex Gabbert. Since the conclusion of that clerkship, Rachel has worked exclusively in the areas of employment discrimination, criminal defense and personal injury law.

Rachel has obtained over 10 million dollars in jury verdicts over the last 3 years. In addition to jury verdicts, Rachel has also helped clients recover thousands more through settlements. She works every day to recover money for hard working Missourians and Kansans that have had their rights to work free from discrimination violated.

When she’s not in the courtroom, Rachel enjoys spending time outside with her dogs, Cooper and Finley, watching the Chiefs, and spending time with her family and friends.
